Executive SummaryNew Life Harvest Church Inc. was founded in January of 2004. It was founded as a ministry to educate, train and strengthen families to serve and promote healthy relationships within the community. New Life Harvest Church, started in early 2004, when God spoke to me and my wife Maria, about changing the name of the ministry to reflect the heart of God to reach out to families who were under-served in the inner-city, who needed to know the transformational power of God in there every day lives. We intend to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ by educating the family through creative and innovative ideas that focuses on the youth, thereby drawing the parents/guardians for next level ministry. That is the vision of New Life Harvest Church. As you will read, this is the short version of this vision!We started ministering to our youth through summer camp programs in the summer of 2005 providing breakfast and lunch as well as field trips and original plays, by which the children performed at the end of summer camp for the parents and guardians. We have worked with local agencies to educate our young people on disease prevention, healthy relationships, and abstinence with our Coming of Age Program. We give God all the glory for the many youths who have come to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, as well as being delivered from sexual promiscuity, addictions and suicidal thoughts. We have seen the power of God move in the lives of many families because of our faith in the word of God to save and strengthen families. To God be the glory! Right now, we have expanded our summer camp program to also include a Day Care and Before and After School Program. We are currently looking to expand our entire program to that of an academy, preschool and K-12. This school will give our youth the correct environment to grow and allow us to reach the entire family through our outreach programs designed to save and strengthen families, such as our Men Reaching Men Forums, Women of Power and our Kingdompreneur Business Initiative. We believe that youth need structure and guidance in order to thrive in our society today and families need support from the body of Christ, not just a hand out, but a hand-up! Truly, New Life Harvest Church is about seeing lives changed by implementation this vision.
